Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 3 APPs at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
  • 17,ooo ED volume.
  • State-of-the-art hospital with a 17-bed ED.
  • Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
  • Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the emergency room.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • 12-hour shifts - 10a-10p; 120 hours/month.
  • 2 12-hour MD shifts daily from 6 AM- 6 PM; 12 hours APP coverage; as patient volume increases, we will increase coverage models

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Nurse Practitioner role involves providing frontline triage services and attending to patients categorized as 5s, 4s, and vertical 3s in a friendly and efficient manner.

Compensation:
