Coverage Needed

  • May 1, 2026 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: Flexible, 7-10 shifts per month, Days and Nights required

Clinical Details

  • Site One: 300 beds, 24 ICU beds, ADC 15-18
    • 1 MD/1 APP during the day (0700 to 1900), 1 APP at night (1900 to 0700) with MD on-call
  • Site Two:156 beds, 11 ICU beds, ADC 1-3
    • 1 APP during the day (0700 to 1900), Waukesha night APP provides telemedicine support with MD on-call
  • Call: No

Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active WI License
  • WI DEA and CSR
