Clinical Details Responsibilities Provide comprehensive adult outpatient preventive care
Manage chronic medical conditions
Maintain a daily caseload of patients
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness
Document and coordinate care using Athena EMR
Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards
Requirements Active Washington ARNP license (or ability to obtain)
Family Medicine background strongly preferred
Experience in adult outpatient primary care and chronic disease management
Prior work in community-based or integrated care settings preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic health records
