Opportunity Overview

A community-based behavioral health and wellness center in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Primary Care ARNP to provide adult-only outpatient preventive care and chronic disease management. This role supports continuity of care for an adult population within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The schedule begins at 2 days per week, with the potential to expand based on patient care needs and provider productivity. Ideal days are Monday and Tuesday, but the center can be flexible.

Clinical Details
  • Patient Population: Adults only (18+)

  • Daily Volume: patients per day

  • Clinical Focus:

    • Preventive health services

    • Chronic illness management (HTN, diabetes, COPD, etc.)

    • Wellness and health maintenance

    • Integrated care within a behavioral health setting

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive adult outpatient preventive care

  • Manage chronic medical conditions

  • Maintain a daily caseload of patients

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness

  • Document and coordinate care using Athena EMR

  • Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards

Requirements
  • Active Washington ARNP license (or ability to obtain)

  • Family Medicine background strongly preferred

  • Experience in adult outpatient primary care and chronic disease management

  • Prior work in community-based or integrated care settings preferred

  • Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic health records
