Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in an outpatient clinic setting focused on men s health, hormone therapy, and wellness services.
Responsibilities • Evaluate patients, including medical history and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as low testosterone and erectile dysfunction
• Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy under physician collaboration
• Order and interpret lab results
• Administer injections and perform in-office procedures as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and care plans
• Maintain documentation in EMR systems
