What You ll Do - Provide expert neonatal intensive care to critically ill infants in a 24/7 NICU setting
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and assess outcomes
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical documentation
- Support families through compassionate communication and guidance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
What You Need - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Pediatric or Neonatal certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Neonatal or Critical Care ICU
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
