What You ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal intensive care to critically ill infants in a 24/7 NICU setting
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and assess outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical documentation
  • Support families through compassionate communication and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • Pediatric or Neonatal certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Neonatal or Critical Care ICU
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
