Pay & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $42.00 $65.00 per hour ( $90,000 $135,000 annually, based on education and experience)
- Additional Compensation: Relocation allowance up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You ll Do: - Lead and oversee all activities within the health information management department
- Manage record processing, coding accuracy, and timely information retrieval
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to health information
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership to optimize department functions
- Maintain and improve systems for documentation, storage, and release of information
- Supervise staff, set departmental goals, and promote best practices
- Support quality initiatives related to health data and coding accuracy
What You Need: - Valid health information management license or eligibility in Kansas or Kentucky
- 3+ years experience in health information management, with some leadership background
- Strong knowledge of medical coding, record management, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
