- Contract Duration: Preference for 6 months, 3 months considered
- Shift: 4x10-hour days, 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
- Hours/Week: 40 hours

- Licenses/Certifications: Active CRNA certification, applicable state license or compact license; BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in cardiac anesthesia
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

What You ll Do - Provide anesthesia for advanced cardiac surgeries including CABGs, valve repairs, aortic root procedures, lung surgeries, ECMO support, and rib platings
- Manage anesthesia during small ECMO cases; participate in perioperative care
- Collaborate with a specialized cardiac anesthesia team for scheduled and emergency cases
- Maintain documentation in Epic EMR (highly preferred)
- Be available for weekly on-call duties including one evening call and one weekend shift every 6 weeks
- Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during high-acuity procedures
What You Need - Valid CRNA certification and active state license or compact license
- Minimum of 1-year experience in cardiac anesthesia
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures and anesthesia protocols
- Ability to work full-time, consistently, with flexibility for on-call shifts
