Required Qualifications- Board Eligible or Board Certified - General Anesthesiology
Practice SettingJoin a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across:
- Level I Trauma Center
- Level III Trauma Center
- Outpatient Surgical Center
Case Mix Includes- High-acuity trauma
- Obstetrics (OB)
- Major spine procedures
- General surgery
- Vascular surgery
- Thoracic surgery
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- Gynecology
- Urology
- Gastrointestinal procedures
Call & Schedule- Manageable, equitable call rotation
- Flexible FTE options
- Up to 16 weeks of vacation depending on FTE structure
- Eight weeks vacation annually (based on FTE)
Compensation & Incentives- Competitive base salary
- $20,000 starting bonus
- Quality Incentive Bonus - Up to $30,000 annually
