This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Weekday 8am - 5pm, some night call, weekend call

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Types of Cases: standard vascular surgery cases

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: must be board certified or truly board eligible

Licensure Required: must have an active Illinois license
