What You ll Do - Evaluate and manage patients with complex arrhythmias and electrophysiology disorders
- Perform advanced cardiac procedures, including device implantation and ablation therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as needed
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in on-call rotations for electrophysiology emergencies
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans
What You Need - Valid state Medical License in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification in Cardiology with subspecialty certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Demonstrated experience in electrophysiology procedures and patient management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
