What You ll Do
  • Evaluate and manage patients with complex arrhythmias and electrophysiology disorders
  • Perform advanced cardiac procedures, including device implantation and ablation therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as needed
  • Document clinical findings and maintain accurate medical records
  • Participate in on-call rotations for electrophysiology emergencies
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans

What You Need
  • Valid state Medical License in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board certification in Cardiology with subspecialty certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Demonstrated experience in electrophysiology procedures and patient management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
