Dates of Coverage: ASAP - ongoing
2 weeks on/2 weeks off - 7a-7p or 7p-7a. No call.
Reason for Coverage: until we are able to find a FT replacement Locum-to
- Level 2 Trauma
- EMR: Hospital (Cerner), Clinic (AllScripts)
- Patient Demographic: Adult / Geriatric
- Locum provider will be covering emergency general surgery.
Hospital-based practice with clinic 1-2x a week to see follow up patients after surgery.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS- ACLS (AHA)
- ATLS
- Board Certified
