What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient ENT services at a facility with 209 beds
- Manage a full scope of otolaryngology cases, including adult patients
- Participate in weekend call duties, responding within 15-20 mins for assigned or unassigned patients
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning using Athena/Cerner EMR systems
- Collaborate with in-office staff, RNs, and support teams to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain timely charting and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
- Support admissions and rounding on both assigned and unassigned patients
What You Need
- Active California medical license or eligibility (no IMLC)
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Recent experience with at least 50 case logs in the past 24 months
- Certification in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Willingness to work full scheduled dates and shifts
- Ability to respond promptly to calls during weekends
