Position Overview
Title: ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Visa Sponsorship: Open to discuss
Practice Setting: Outpatient-focused with potential surgical/hospital collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Manage conditions such as sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, vertigo, tonsillar disease, thyroid disorders, and head & neck masses
Perform in-office procedures (nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, etc.)
Perform surgical procedures as appropriate (if applicable to facility privileges)
Evaluate and manage both pediatric and adult patients
Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists
Provide patient education and preventive counseling
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in call rotation (if applicable)

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active Oregon Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
