Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a well-established outpatient pediatric clinic in Rome, Georgia.
This is a true quality-of-life position. Providers focus on patient care in a supportive clinic environment without hospital responsibilities.
New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and onboarding support.Schedule- Monday Friday
- Only 1 Saturday/month (9:00 AM 1:00 PM)
- Light phone-only call (1:8 rotation)
- No hospital call
- No nights
- Outpatient only
Compensation & Incentives- Starting salary $90,000+ (DOE)

What You ll Do- Well-child and sick visits
- Preventive exams and physicals
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Prescribe medications
- Monitor developmental milestones
- Educate parents and caregivers
- Follow up on labs and referrals
You will work alongside experienced providers and a trained clinical support team.
Requirements- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Georgia license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Interest in pediatrics required
