Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: Upon credentialing through 2026
  • Preferred Schedule: 7:30a-4p Monday - Friday, scheduled clinic hours
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient- clinic
  • Scope of Work: consulting with new patients, determining appropriate treatment plans, managing daily treatment delivery
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, active NY license, BLS/ACLS and DEA
  • EMR: EPIC. ECLIPSE for planning and they have multiple Radformation software products including, autocontour, chart check, clear check, ezfluence and quick code.
