Job description

Coverage Needed

  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Schedule: 24-hour call plus rounding. Block starts Friday at 5 PM and ends the following Friday at 5 PM or 8 AM. April onward, 1:4 call rotation or 3 weeks per month.
    • 8/9 5p - 8/17 5p
    • 8/30 5p-9/3 5p
    • 9/21 8a - 9/21 5p
    • 10/16 5p-10/19 5p
    • 11/23 5p-12/4 5p
    • 12/14 5p-12/18 5p
    • 12/23 5p-1/1 5p

Clinical Details

  • Trauma Level: Level II
  • EMR: Epic
  • Call: 30-minute response time, 8-10 average admissions while on call
  • Average Patients per Day: 8 AM rounding plus 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy, usually screening colonoscopies

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Active PA License and DEA
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • Minimum Availability: 1 week per month
  • NPDB: Must submit no more than 2 years old
