What You ll Do
  • Provide backup coverage for NICU on-call duties in a leading facility in Worcester, MA
  • Evaluate neonatal and pediatric patients in critical care settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Respond to on-call situations promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with staff and families
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
  • Active Medical License in Massachusetts
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine (preferred)
  • Prior NICU or pediatric critical care experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities confidently
