What You ll Do
- Provide professional nursing care across Emergency, Med/Surg, and Progressive Care units
- Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments for diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric
- Administer medications accurately, adhering to the six rights
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and health management
- Assist with procedures and treatments requiring manual and technical skills
- Document care in accordance with hospital policies and practice standards
- Maintain a safe, organized environment under minimal supervision
What You Need
Required: - Valid NH RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS & PALS (preferred or will be provided upon hire)
- 1+ year of ER, Med/Surg, or PCU experience
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Preferred: - Rural healthcare experience
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Compassionate team player
