Opportunity:

Physician - Electrophysiology


Job Details:

  • Full-time coverage preferred; will also consider 2 weeks per month ongoing

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no call required

  • Up to 40 hours per week; ongoing contract with vacation coverage as needed

  • Outpatient caseload of approximately 16 patients per day; inpatient caseload of 10-15 patients per day

  • Patient population ages 18 to 100

  • Support staff includes 1 assigned clinical team for outpatient and 1 assigned APP for inpatient

  • EMR system: EPIC

  • Hospital bed size: 270

  • Procedures include: Pacemaker implant, ICD implant (traditional and sub-Q), loop recorder implant and/or explant, and ablations (AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER)

  • Skills required: Cardiology/Electrophysiology

  • Practice settings: Academic/Training, Clinic/Private Practice, and Hospital

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility required

  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required

  • DEA required with PA address

  • ACLS/BLS certifications required
