- Completion of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- Active Virginia Medical License

Practice Setting
- Outpatient Community Health Clinic
Clinical Volume
- Physicians expected to see approximately 25 patients per day
- All encounters must be completed and closed by 8:30 AM the following day
Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Preventive care and wellness visits
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Medication management
- Coordination of specialty referrals
- Physical examinations and health assessments
- Interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory results
- Community health and patient education
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Potential teaching opportunities with residents, practitioners, and medical students

- Providers may be assigned among three clinic locations within the Richmond area based on operational needs
