- Full-time, permanent
- Flexible Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin
- Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Physician will divide their time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations
- Call Coverage: 1:4
- Average outpatient volume: 10-15 patients per day
- Average inpatient volume: 0-5 patients per day
