Practice Overview
- Join an established pediatric team within a physician-owned multispecialty group that has served the community for decades
- Purely outpatient pediatrics with a mix of well-child and acute care visits; no inpatient responsibilities
- Work alongside pediatric physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and strong clinical support staff
- Opportunity to perform procedures such as circumcisions, suturing, abscess I&Ds, and develop niche clinical interests due to local specialty demand
Schedule
- Four-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per day, with seasonal increases during peak illness periods
- Shared outpatient call with nurse triage handling first-line calls; physician involvement is infrequent
- No inpatient call, hospital rounding, or newborn nursery responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary + performance incentives
- Partnership track available after two years with a low buy-in; established partners earn $500,000+ annually
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance, plus negotiable residency stipend for qualified candidates

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Open to both experienced pediatricians and graduating residents
- Interest in practicing broad-spectrum outpatient pediatrics
- Comfortable performing common office-based pediatric procedures or willing to expand procedural skills
