Practice Overview

  • Join an established pediatric team within a physician-owned multispecialty group that has served the community for decades
  • Purely outpatient pediatrics with a mix of well-child and acute care visits; no inpatient responsibilities
  • Work alongside pediatric physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and strong clinical support staff
  • Opportunity to perform procedures such as circumcisions, suturing, abscess I&Ds, and develop niche clinical interests due to local specialty demand

Schedule

  • Four-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per day, with seasonal increases during peak illness periods
  • Shared outpatient call with nurse triage handling first-line calls; physician involvement is infrequent
  • No inpatient call, hospital rounding, or newborn nursery responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary + performance incentives
  • Partnership track available after two years with a low buy-in; established partners earn $500,000+ annually
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance, plus negotiable residency stipend for qualified candidates
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, five weeks PTO, and $3,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Open to both experienced pediatricians and graduating residents
  • Interest in practicing broad-spectrum outpatient pediatrics
  • Comfortable performing common office-based pediatric procedures or willing to expand procedural skills
