Qualifications- MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent
- Eligible to obtain a West Virginia state medical license
- Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency
- Fellowship in orthopedic surgery, orthopedic sports surgery, or orthopedic foot and ankle surgery
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
