Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Northern Dallas, TX
Overview:
Our hospice team is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care across community-based settings. This full-time opportunity offers meaningful patient interactions, collaborative support, and the chance to make a positive impact on patients and families.
Position Offers:

• Competitive compensation: $82,000 $87,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to hospice patients
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Monitor patient status and communicate updates as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members
• Educate patients and families regarding care and services
• Coordinate resources, referrals, and supportive services
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide support and guidance to patients and families
Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Texas
• Hospice experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care responsibilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
