Emergency Solutions is partnering with a well-established, physician-led clinic in Ocala, FL seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team due to a recent provider retirement.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established patient base in a supportive, family-oriented environment with strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights - Monday Friday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Manageable patient volume: patients per day
- Light call: 1 week every 3 weeks (phone only, can be taken remotely)
- Established clinic with 29 years in the community
- Each provider is supported by their own dedicated assistant
Compensation & Benefits - $250k-$270k (DOE)

Clinical Overview - Patient population: Primarily Geriatric
- Core responsibilities:
- Patient assessments
- Medication management
- Flexibility in procedures based on provider preference
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Boutique-style clinic ( 600 sq ft) with a tight-knit, family environment
Requirements - MD or DO (Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
- Open to new graduates
- Board Certification not required
- Florida license and DEA can be obtained post-offer
