  • Hours/Week: Flexible, based on coverage needs
  • Employment Type: Temporary/Locum
  • License/Certifications: Medical license in Virginia or ability to be credentialed, DEA, BLS required
  • Experience: Preference for experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay: $19,500 per week

What You ll Do
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology/Oncology care at Bon Secours Cancer Institute
  • Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans, including enrollment in research studies
  • Manage adult patient cases, with approximately 12-15 patients daily in hospital settings
  • Consult and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, RNs, and other specialists
  • Participate in call coverage (weekdays and select weekends)
  • Ensure documentation via EPIC EMR system
What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible for credentialing; DEA and BLS certifications required
  • At least 2 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient oncology cases, including research enrollment
