What You ll Do: - Supervise and lead an interdisciplinary team in providing inpatient rehab care for patients with neurologic diagnoses such as stroke and TBI
- Lead team conferences and coordinate patient care plans
- Manage a robust consultation service caring for patients
- Collaborate closely with APPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and facility protocols
What You Need: - North Carolina state medical license (or eligibility)
- Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (board-certified preferred)
- Experience working with neurologic rehabilitation in an inpatient setting
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
