This position involves delivering comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse military population, including active duty soldiers, their families, and other beneficiaries living on a remote installation. Providers manage a wide range of cases, from common acute illnesses in otherwise healthy adults to trauma and training related injuries unique to the military setting. Daily work includes fast paced assessments, advanced resuscitative procedures, coordination with specialty services, and supervision of frontline medical personnel. The role requires consistent engagement in emergency responses, trauma activations, and readiness focused drills. Overall, this position blends high acuity emergency practice with a mission driven, team centered environment in a uniquely isolated desert location.
