Highly regarded, Mass General Brigham-affiliated orthopedic practice is seeking a Sports trained Physiatrist to bring EMGs and advanced injections in house. This is a full time permanent position with guaranteed salary, malpractice coverage and benefits
Job Description:
Compensation : $280000 - $350000 Job ID : 44548
Job Function:
- Perform and interpret EMG studies (high existing demand; currently outsourced)
- Sports medicine focus with PRPs, cortisone injections, and MSK care
- Work closely with 4 high volume orthopedic surgeons (upper & full body) + 4 PAs
- Majority procedural role: 60-70% injections / 30-40% EMGs
- Full time, Mon-Fri schedule (7am-5pm; shorter Fridays usually out by 4/4:30)
- No call or weekends
Job Requirements: - MD or DO, PM&R
- Sports Medicine training required
- Strong EMG experience (quality is critical)
- High end academic training strongly preferred (MGH, BWH, NYU, Harvard affiliated, etc.)
- New grad or mid career considered if training is strong
