What You ll Do
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based internal medicine care to diverse patient populations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and community partners
  • Contribute to efforts to reduce healthcare disparities through population health strategies
  • Mentor and supervise residents in a clinical academic environment with a focus on health equity
  • Utilize risk stratification and population health tools to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly activities
  • Engage in clinical teaching, case conferences, and journal clubs

What You Need
  • Current medical license in Texas
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or eligibility
  • Experience in primary care or hospital-based internal medicine
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to health equity, patient-centered care, and lifelong learning
