Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Completed residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Active Texas medical license
DEA with Texas address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, 5
Board certification accepted: ABEM, AOBEM, or ABMS board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
Recent clinical activity within the past 2 years
Case logs for the past 2 years
Certifications
For Family Medicine and Internal Medicine: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Credentialing and Onboarding
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
Immunization and TB documentation required
