  • Permanent, full-time position

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine physician

  • 2026 residents welcome to apply

  • Must be able to start in September 2026

  • Outpatient-only practice

  • Adult patient population

  • Join an established practice with one physician and one nurse practitioner

  • Opportunity to transition into an established patient panel as the current physician moves toward retirement

  • Long-term practice model consists of a physician and nurse practitioner team

  • Practice-level volume averages approximately 40 patients per day

  • EMR: CureMD

  • W-2 employment preferred

  • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, but not required

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • No inpatient responsibilities

Organization Information:

  • Established outpatient internal medicine practice

  • Strong patient base already in place

  • Stable practice with succession planning in place

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $250,000

  • Productivity and quality bonus: $15,000-$25,000

  • Signing bonus: $25,000

    • 50% paid at start

    • 50% paid at completion of Year 1

    • Three-year repayment clause

  • Total first-year cash compensation: $290,000-$300,000

  • Malpractice insurance provided

  • Employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Retirement plan with employer match

  • CME and licensing allowance

  • Relocation assistance available

    • Up to $5,000 within Texas

    • Up to $10,000 from out of state

  • Texas license, DEA, credentialing, and background check fees covered
