Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site / In-Person)

Status: Full-Time

Salary : Starting at $400,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Surgical Center

Schedule: Flexible Weekday Scheduling

The Role: Clinical & Surgical Excellence
  • Comprehensive Care: Diagnose and treat full-spectrum acute and chronic disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

  • Surgical Interventions: Perform vital surgical procedures ranging from routine outpatient cases (e.g., tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies) to advanced sinus and head/neck operations.

  • Diagnostics: Conduct detailed patient examinations, order appropriate diagnostic imaging, and accurately interpret complex CT scans, X-rays, and lab metrics.

  • Care Coordination: Prescribe tailored medical therapies and collaborate closely with audiologists, speech pathologists, and referring primary care physicians to guide comprehensive patient recovery plans.

  • Practice Integrity: Maintain precise medical charts in accordance with healthcare regulations, demonstrating solid familiarity with current medical coding, billing protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.

Schedule & Workspace Pacing
  • Work Week: Full-time hours utilizing a highly flexible weekday schedule designed to support a healthy lifestyle.

  • Environment: Fully in-person care model across advanced clinical offices and accredited surgical facilities.

Requirements
  • Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

  • Training: Successful completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.

  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Otolaryngology.

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or immediate eligibility to obtain).

  • Residency Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of U.S. residency is required for credentialing.
