Requirements:
  • Must be Board certified in hand surgery or a Truly board eligible
  • Must have fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
  • Have an active license in both Iowa and Illinois
  • Strong clinical and surgical expertise with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care
  • Open to both graduating fellows and experienced hand surgeons

  • Submit Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days from submission at time of presentation
