POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a physician specializing in otolaryngology head and neck surgery to join a private outpatient practice supported by a multidisciplinary care team. The role includes clinic based evaluation and management of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions, performance of surgical procedures at affiliated facilities, and participation in call coverage. The position offers long term growth potential within a stable practice environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Tennessee.
• Ability to provide outpatient and operative otolaryngology head and neck surgery care.
• Interest in participating in a shared call structure.
• Capacity to work within a collaborative clinical team.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to evaluate and manage a broad range of otolaryngology head and neck surgery conditions.
• Skill in performing head, neck, ear, throat, and sinus procedures.
• Capacity to collaborate with audiology and clinical support staff.
• Commitment to patient centered specialty care.
• Ability to function within a multi site outpatient practice.
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice; Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Outpatient otolaryngology head and neck surgery services delivered across multiple clinic locations.
• Surgical procedures performed in hospital and ambulatory surgical settings.
• Collaboration with audiology services for diagnostic testing.
