Established academic health system in Eastern North Carolina is seeking a BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join an established Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support Program . Candidates should have completed Advanced Heart Failure fellowship training and be ABIM certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology .

• Destination LVAD program
• Dedicated cardiogenic shock program with ECMO support and specialized critical care services
• Established CardioMEMS program
• Cardiopulmonary exercise testing capabilities
• Barostim program and active heart failure clinical trials and registries
• Invasive procedural opportunities including heart catheterization and CardioMEMS implantation
• Large regional referral base serving more than 1.5 million residents
