Job Requirements
- Board certified in Otolaryngology
- Active state medical license required
- Fellowship training required
- Minimum of 1 year of Otolaryngology experience preferred
- Must have 50 case logs within the past 24 months
- Ability to work the full stretch of open dates
- Required certification: BLS
- Experience with general otolaryngology, surgical care, and non-surgical ENT care preferred
- Comfort with endoscopic procedures, tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, and head and neck cases preferred
- Must be able to provide care for both assigned and unassigned patients
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology and ENT care in both clinic and hospital settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Perform rounding on assigned and unassigned patients as needed
- Participate in call coverage from Friday through Sunday
- Manage admissions and coordinate care with the clinical team
- Perform or assist with procedures such as flexible and rigid laryngoscopy, sinus and septal procedures, bronchoscopy, and facial surgery
- Deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with onsite support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in Athena and Cerner
