Neurology Physician

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
  
• Contract Length: Long-Term Ongoing
  
• Patient Volume: Approximately patients per day
  
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Only
  
• EMR: Epic
  
• Support Staff: 1 RN and 6 Office Staff members

Responsibilities:

• Need a provider (s) that are comfortable continuing minimal opioid stable patient's med management.
  
• Migraine treatment with Botox a plus.
  
• We are looking for fulltime coverage and willing to take multiple providers for long-term consistent coverage.
  
• This is a bread-and-butter practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy etc.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Neurologist required
  
• Fellowship preferred
  
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC required
  
• BLS Certification required
  
• Comfortable managing general outpatient neurology cases
  
• Strong communication and patient care skills
  
• Experience with Botox treatment for migraines preferred
