Practice Highlights
  • Well-established cardiology group serving Alamogordo, Las Cruces, El Paso, and surrounding communities
  • Highly flexible schedule with AM cath lab / PM clinic
  • Outpatient-heavy practice with only 10% inpatient consults
  • Modern facility with 12 exam rooms, Coumadin clinic, pacemaker/device services, stress testing, and echo interpretation
  • Approx. 40 cath cases per month, with overflow diverted
  • Call schedule: 1:3 (flexible)
Compensation & Benefits
  • $925,000 base salary + production model
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus

  • RVU model 67-52% with quarterly payouts

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
  • Active or eligible New Mexico medical license
  • Ability to perform general cardiology alongside interventional work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
