POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports a pediatric otolaryngology service within an integrated children s care environment. Responsibilities include providing outpatient evaluation, inpatient consultation, and procedures in both settings. The position involves working within a multispecialty pediatric clinic and collaborating with hospital based teams that include intensive care, neonatal care, hospitalists, and pediatric subspecialists. The role offers a flexible blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with co located services designed to support coordinated pediatric care.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology and/or Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Residency training in Otolaryngology.
• Clinical background in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in evaluating and treating pediatric otolaryngologic conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Ability to perform pediatric ENT procedures in both clinical and hospital environments.
• Capacity to coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists and hospital based teams.
• Proficiency in managing diverse patient populations within a collaborative model.
• Commitment to evidence based pediatric otolaryngology practice.
