OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY

POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative clinical team. The position includes both clinic and surgical responsibilities, supports labor and delivery services, and contributes to essential women s health care for the surrounding community.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Clinical background in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Commitment to patient centered, team based care.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
• Skill in balancing clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities.
• Capacity to build long term patient relationships in a community setting.
• Effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary women s health team.

WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Integrated women s health team providing obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Combination of clinic visits, surgical procedures, and labor and delivery care.
• Use of modern diagnostic tools and industry standard EMR.
• Support from nursing, surgical, and administrative staff.
• Participation in a shared call rotation.
