POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a rheumatology specialist to join an established outpatient practice providing comprehensive care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. The role includes a structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time, participation in a shared call rotation, and collaboration within a team based clinical environment. The position supports a high quality outpatient practice with telemedicine capabilities and systemwide EMR integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Rheumatology.
• Residency training in internal medicine.
• Fellowship training in rheumatology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Interest in outpatient rheumatology practice within a collaborative team environment.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to evaluate and manage a broad range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
• Skill in providing outpatient rheumatology care with multidisciplinary support.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clinical staff and colleagues.
