NOCTURNIST 25 Weeks = $450K+ Total CompensationPRACTICE Hospital Employed position
7 on 7 off schedule, 12 hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
25 Weeks ON and 27 Weeks OFF yearly (One Week PTO) 3 nocturnists on each night plus NP's
40 Bed ICU (20 Gen and 20 Surg) with intensivists / subspecialists
Work closely with other providers in ICU
Procedures are handled by another department unless you want to do them
Work in a modern
600 bed hospital 6-8 Admissions per night No rounding on the floor - Experienced NP's and staff cover floor
Hospital has IM and FP residency program
EPIC EMR Full benefits including malpractice, tail,
ONE WEEK PAID VACATION, relo, CME, health, 401K, etc.
COMPENSATION (85th % MGMA) = $450K to $460K / yr expected (Salary+Quality+wRVU's) Extra shift options are paid at $1,929 + $58/wRVU =
$3,500/shift. wRVU Bonus paid Monthly
If decide to do a Day Shift you will be paid same as night but will be an Admitter Only
Can work up to 21+ extra shifts per year. = ($74K + $450K = $524K+ Total comp without having to travel) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BE/BC in Internal Medicine
