️ Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform Level 2 Workers Compensation evaluations (certification required)
Conduct DOT physical exams (DOT cert required)
Complete impairment ratings and M164s
Document efficiently in EPIC EMR
Must-Have Qualifications:
Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery or BE with scheduled board exam date
Active Colorado license or ability to obtain before start (IMLC accepted)
Level 2 Workers Compensation certification (mandatory)
Active DOT certification at time of application
Active BLS and DEA licenses
Clean malpractice and background checks (NPDB self-inquiry report highly preferred)
️ EMR Training Requirements (Mandatory):
Complete online EPIC learning modules prior to virtual training
Attend scheduled virtual EPIC training
Provide details on EPIC experience, last facility used, and a badge-quality photo
Submit time zone, best contact phone, and email for smooth onboarding
Location:
Clinic-based in a scenic mountain region. Preference for local, drive-in providers to reduce travel. Travel exceptions must be noted upfront.
