What You'll Do
  • Provide on-site thoracic surgery coverage, including call and rounding responsibilities
  • Assist with patient assessments, post-op care, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with surgical teams and support staff
  • Participate in scheduled shifts and be available for emergent call coverage
  • Follow facility protocols and ensure quality patient care
What You Need
  • Ohio medical license or be eligible for licensure
  • Surgery certification and experience in thoracic or cardio-thoracic procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts and on-call periods
