What You ll Do
- Conduct office visits, follow-up assessments, and procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and injections
- Manage patient treatment plans and document clinical notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on pain management options and post-procedure care
- Follow all safety, compliance, and documentation protocols
- Participate in procedures and patient consultations, providing compassionate care in a busy clinical environment
What You Need
Required: - Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin
- 2+ years experience in pain medicine or similar specialty
- Certification in CPR
- Ability to perform or learn procedures such as injections and pain management interventions
Preferred: - Experience with spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency ablation
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Strong communication and patient management skills
