Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
- Provide expert Gastroenterology services, including upper endoscopies and colonoscopies
- Manage diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and stent placements
- Perform biopsies of gastrointestinal tissues
- Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Handle emergent G.I. cases during scheduled hours and respond to after-hours calls as needed
- Engage in outpatient clinic work, patient consultations, and follow-up care
- Contribute to a pleasant, patient-centered environment emphasizing communication and trust
What You Need
Required: - Kentucky medical license
- Board certification in Gastroenterology (ABIM or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of post-training experience
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR or similar systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred: - Previous experience in an inpatient/hospital setting
- Ability to manage a high procedural volume ( procedures daily)
