What You ll Do: - Provide anesthesia care for cardiac surgeries and procedures in a Level I Trauma hospital
- Collaborate with surgeons and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage anesthesia plans across a broad case mix, including complex and emergent cases
- Take on night beeper call responsibilities (1-2 nights/week)
- Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR
- Support a team environment focused on safety and excellence in care
- Contribute to patient education and follow-up care
What You Need: - Valid PA medical license or IMLC LOQ
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably with cardiac cases
- Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills
