• Average: 4 phone consults, 3 admissions
• Active NC license required
• EMR: Cerner
• Current needs: October 22, 23, 26 and November 10, 13, 19, 22, 23, 30
• Ongoing requests through 2026 with potential pickup dates between 9/11/25 and 12/31/25
