What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient wound care management, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care thoroughly within electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Educate patients on wound care and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting
What You Need
Required: - Valid APRN, PA, or MD license in Illinois
- Ability to supervise HBO treatments
- Experience with wound care management preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred: - Prior outpatient wound care experience
- HBO certification or experience
